About your Facilitator
I am Jen Crawford, fully accredited life and business coach, doula trainer, speaker and co-founder of DoulaCare Ireland, Ireland's first national doula agency, which I grew into a multi-six-figure business.
I have spent 15 years working at the intersection of life, work, birth and identity. I have coached professionals on the edge of burnout, trained hundreds of doulas and held space for thousands of families at their most raw and real moments.
Before DoulaCare Ireland I worked in the charity sector as a director and breastfeeding coordinator for an Irish premature babies charity. I have led teams, sat on boards, run a national organisation and worked completely alone as a sole trader. I understand every version of this work — and every version of you.
I also know what it looks like when you do not stop.
While running DoulaCare Ireland — managing a team of 45 plus doulas, supporting thousands of families and caring for a daughter who had five surgeries in her first five years of life — I was hospitalised with burnout related illness. I had spent years teaching others to listen to their bodies. I had completely stopped listening to my own.
When I rebuilt, I rebuilt differently. I retrained as a life and business coach, learned what sustainable practice genuinely looks like and made a promise to share the honest hard won truth of it with the people who needed it most.
That experience is not my vulnerability. It is my most powerful credential.
I bring warmth, zero judgement and a deep understanding of what it actually takes to build a caring career that lasts. I have spoken to audiences of 400 plus, delivered keynotes, workshops and media appearances and I have a gift for making every person in the room feel genuinely seen.
People do not choose to work with me because of my CV. They choose me because of how it feels to be in my world.

Not at all. Truly is a global community. The WhatsApp group, Zoom sessions and session library are fully accessible from anywhere in the world. The monthly in-person gatherings are in Dublin and a Zoom option is always available for members outside Ireland.

No. Truly is for anyone who gives to others for a living and is ready to invest in themselves. Whether you are a doula, midwife, nurse, therapist, coach, teacher, social worker, yoga teacher, physio, counsellor or community worker — if you show up for others and are ready to show up for yourself, you belong here.

Honestly? Me.
I know that sounds simple but it is the truth. There are communities out there for birth workers and for coaches and for women in business. But there is not one quite like this — because there is not another me.
I bring 15 years of lived experience across charity, corporate, national agency and sole trader work. I have been in the boardroom and at also working at the kitchen table with a baby on my lap. I have managed teams of 45 and worked completely alone. I have built a multi-six-figure business and I have been hospitalised rebuilding myself after it. I understand every version of what you are navigating because I have navigated every version of it myself.
Everything I teach I have lived. That is not something you can replicate with a course or a framework.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again after that. Please see full details below.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR TRULY
Truly Membership — Cancellation Policy
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. To cancel simply get in touch before your next billing date. Your access to Truly continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Please note that membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel part way through a billing period you retain access until that period ends but the payment for that period will not be refunded.
