Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Jen Crawford Coaching for your coaching and education needs. We strive to provide a supportive and impactful experience for all our clients. Please review our cancellation policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding your sessions.
1. No Refunds
All payments for Doula trainings, coaching sessions, whether for individual one-to-one sessions, group sessions, or classes, are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made. By purchasing a course, session or bundle, you agree to this no-refund policy.
By paying a non-refundable deposit, you hold your place for that course, training or coaching. You agree to pay in full before the start date of the first session. If payment is not received beofre the start date you forfeit your deposit and lose your place on the course, training or coaching session.
2. Scheduled Sessions
Individual Sessions: It is essential to arrive/log on at your scheduled time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations without this notice will result in the session being forfeited. Rescheduled sessions will only be considered in the case of an emergency that is out of your control (such as a hospital admission)
Group Sessions and Classes: Attendance is crucial for group dynamics. We run group sessions on a schedule and as such, missing a session will forfeit the money paid for that session and/or the information covered.
3. Session Validity
All sessions purchased (both once-off and bundle options) must be used within a 12-month period from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will automatically expire and cannot be extended or transferred.
Consumer Rights. You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund for the 14 days after your booking (less the cost of any services already performed by Jen Crawford Coaching before the end of the fourteen day period as well as fees charged by the payment platforms).
If the start of your scheduled coaching or course falls within this 14 day period, you automatically give your consent to waiver the 14-day cooling-off period
