This powerful group program is led by an experienced Life & Business Coach, Parenting Mentor, and Entrepreneur who built a multi-6-figure business from the ground up, had several huge life events, crashed and burned and then reinvented myself. I have guided hundreds of people just like you through life transitions, identity and career shifts, and reinvention. We will look at all aspects of your life to help you on the path to true harmony with your work, relationships and personal growth.

  • No! This is for anyone who needs clarity on what they want and how to take steps to achieve it. It is for any gender, age, background.

  • There will be a one hour live zoom on Wednesdays (that can be play back whenever you want) Then most of the prompts and worksheets will ask you to take 5-20 minutes to focus on it. I would say give yourself the gift of 1-2 hours per day. In that time I include your thought process so that can be done on a walk, your drive to work or while washing your hair! This program offers lots of information, guidance and support condensed down into action packed steps. Ask yourself how much you want this clarity and change? Are you worth this investment?

  • You will need access to Zoom (computer or phone) for our Wednesday sessions

    You will need WhatsApp for your daily messages from Jen, guidance and peer support.

    You will need an email address

  • Not at all. We will build the foundations together. From how to do the inner work, mindfulness practices, breathwork, goal setting, visualisation, self talk and so much more. If you are experienced in any of these areas it is always good to be reminded of your practice, to be guided in a group where the energy invigorates us all

  • You can access the live zoom recordings until 28th February 2026. The WhatsApp group will remain open for you to access the information there as long as you like. All other materials will be either emailed to you (you can download them) or hard copies posted to you.

  • I would say to get the most out of this program you should only join if you are ready to invest time and energy on yourself. You have to believe you are worth the effort and let go of all the additional “busyess” you take on. Otherwise you will stay exactly where you are now, feeling lost with no clarity on what you want. This program is designed to take small daily action, alongside a group of people who are in the same phase and supporting you as you go. You can choose the time of day you give to the program. Are you worth it? Only you can decide
