You give so much to others. This day is for you. You hold space for others every day. You show up, again and again, because that's who you are. But caring work asks a lot of us and without the right tools, boundaries, and people around you, it can quietly take more than it gives. In Good Company is a full day to connect with people who truly get it, restore your energy and sense of self, and grow in a way that's honest, grounded, and built to last. It is also built around an opportunity to network, gorw your professional connections and learn business skills. This day comes from a very personal place. I built DoulaCare Ireland from the ground up — a national organisation, a team, a career I was proud of. Juggling the needs of thousands of families, a team of 45+ doulas, admin staff and also a daughter with significant medical needs (requiring five surgeries in her first five years of life) was never going to be sustainable. And then I ended up hospitalised with burnout. I had poured everything into others and left nothing for me. When I rebuilt, I rebuilt differently. I trained as a life and business coach and learned what sustainable practice actually looks like. I made a promise to share everything — the honest, hard won stuff — with the people who needed to hear it most. Connect. Restore. Grow.
Connect — Real networking from the moment you arrive. Small group story sharing circles. A flyer table to share your work and discover others'. Lunch with enough time to actually talk. These are the relationships that will stay with you long after the day ends.
Restore — Guided journalling and reflection. Breathwork and somatic tools that give your nervous system a genuine reset. Honest conversation about burnout and compassion fatigue. What's really happening, and how to catch it before crisis point. Not self care as a to do list. Real restoration.
Grow — Practical tools you can use immediately. Business tips and sustainability strategies from someone who built and rebuilt in this industry. Boundaries that actually hold. A skill sharing session where you learn from the room as much as the facilitator. And a CPD certificate to mark the day.

Jen Crawford is a fully accredited life and business coach, doula trainer, speaker, and the co-founder of DoulaCare Ireland — Ireland's first national doula agency, which she grew into a multi-six-figure business.
She has spent 15 years working at the intersection of life, work, birth and identity. She has coached professionals on the edge of burnout, trained hundreds of doulas, and held space for thousands of families at their most raw and real moments.
She also knows what it looks like when you don't stop.
While running DoulaCare Ireland — managing a team of 45+ doulas, supporting thousands of families, and caring for a daughter who had five surgeries in her first five years of life — Jen was hospitalised with burnout related illness. She had spent years teaching others to listen to their bodies. She had completely stopped listening to her own.
When she rebuilt, she rebuilt differently. She retrained as a life and business coach, learned what sustainable practice genuinely looks like, and made a promise to share the honest, hard won truth of it with the people who needed it most.
That experience is not her vulnerability. It is her most powerful credential.
Jen brings warmth, zero judgement, real world experience, and a deep understanding of what it actually takes to build a caring career that lasts. She has spoken to audiences of 400+, delivered keynotes, workshops and media appearances, and has a gift for making every person in the room feel genuinely seen.
