Sometimes Rock Bottom Is Where You Finally Meet Yourself

For me, it was burnout. I couldn't stop. Couldn't say no. Until my body made the decision for me.

I want to tell you what came after, because I don't think enough people talk about this part.

It Wasn't The End Of Anything

What came after wasn't a collapse. It was the beginning of being true to myself for the first time in my life.

Healing didn't look like a dramatic before and after. There was no single morning where I woke up fixed. It looked like small, quiet shifts that nobody else really noticed. A boundary held here. A slower yes there. A day where I rested without earning it first.

If you're in the hard part right now, I need you to hear this: it isn't the end of your story either.

Rebuilding On Purpose

I built DoulaCare Ireland from nothing. Scaled it to over 45 doulas nationally. From the outside, that looked like success. From the inside, I was running on fumes, saying yes to everything, until I physically couldn't anymore.

The version of me that rebuilt after that wasn't softer or smaller. She was more honest. She stopped performing capability and started actually asking what she wanted her life to look like, not just her business.

That's the real work. Not bouncing back to who you were before. Becoming someone new, on purpose, with everything you learned still intact.

If You're In Yours Right Now

You don't need to have it figured out. You don't need a five year plan or total clarity before you're allowed to start again. You just need one honest step, and then the next one.

If you feel like now is your time to rediscover yourself and step into your next chapter, I would love to support you with private coaching. I coach from lived experience, not a textbook, because I've walked through exactly this. Coaching support here
